• Hello,

    We have tried using the barcode feature on the POS plugin, as well as a separate plugin (WooCommerce EAN barcode generator pro by WPFactory). We can generate and print the barcodes, however when we try to scan it the POS system pops up with the message ‘no product found’ and so nothing is added to the basket. Any suggestions how we can fix this?

    If you’re having problems with barcodes, the first thing you should do is enable the Barcode column in the POS Products display settings (click on the settings icon next to the search field):

    This will show you what data the POS has in local storage. If you change the barcode field or the barcode data on the server, it’s possible the POS doesn’t have the latest value for the barcode.

    If the barcode column is not showing the correct data, then you can do a clear and refresh to re-sync the products.
