Base DN Issue & Syncing Users from Specific OU

    Hi Support Team,

    I’m configuring your plugin for LDAP integration. If I set the Base DN to a specific OU (e.g., OU=Users,OU=MyOrganization,DC=domain,DC=tld), I get a “user not found” error. Using just the root DC path works.

    Could this be because the AD admin account is outside the OU, or is there something else I should check?

    Also, could you please advise how to configure the plugin to sync only users in a particular OU without affecting user verification?
