BASE64 doesn’t accept ‘&’ character and support doesn’t answer

Hi,

Tried several times during several days to setup wizard. My settings where right but got always an error message that said my authentication data was incorrect.

It also told me:

Your Web Host provider may have installed a firewall between you and the server. 
 Contact the admin of the server and ask if they allow outgoing communication on port. 
 It seems like they are blocking certain traffic. Ask them to open the ports.

So I talked to the Host and everything was correct. We stand up looking what could what is wrong until we found out that the base64 doesn’t encode ‘&’ charachter.

So please repair that bug. Many users will encounter this error whithout understanding why.

And let me know when is fixed so I can register on the plugin.
