“Based on” drop down selection not saving

    Hi there,

    My client recently changes some pricing, but when she has saved, the ‘based on’ dropdown category won’t save. It just says ‘please select an option’ even though WEIGHT has been selected and saved.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello @lillieclark,

    It seems that the problem is related to some other plugin used in your shop. We didn’t replicate the issue.

    Have you tried to isolate the issue? Please disable all third-party plugins in your WordPress and try again.

    Also, please check your browser’s console for any errors. It may be a javascript conflict.
