baseURI problem

    Hello there.

    Hope i will describe my problem easily to be understand.
    The problem is when i am logged as admin of website and when i am trying to send a new ticket via front-end, on the link i should get redirect to the back-end administration with new post and type ticket.

    What i see in source code: http://remoza.cz/servisni-pozadavek-nahlaseni/“http:/remoza.cz/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=ticket”

    So everytime i try to post new ticket i am getting moved to some basic webpage (should be 404). The problem is that baseURI stays always like http://remoza.cz/servisni-pozadavek-nahlaseni/ but i dont know why.

    I believe is a problem with template because on the other website with your plugin and with another template is okay.

    Could you help me with that?

    Hi:

    How are you able to submit a ticket on the front-end as an admin? Normally you’re not able to do that.

    Also just to clarify, when you say “template” do you mean your WordPress theme? Or are you talking about something else?

    Hello, thanks for your fast answer. I am not able to submit any ticket on front-end. When i want i got the information that is not possible and i have to go administration. And there is a link, which should open new ticket from back-end, right?

    Should be like: http:/remoza.cz/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=ticket

    But the link in the information (Sorry, support team members cannot submit tickets from here. If you need to open a ticket, please go to your admin panel or click here to open a new ticket.) is broken and not like link above but is damaged like:

    http://remoza.cz/servisni-pozadavek-nahlaseni/“http:/remoza.cz/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=ticket”

    First link is “added” to the whole link. Damn i am not sure that i am good enterpreteur :(… that bold part should not be added.

    And yes, template=theme for me :).

    Hi:

    So if you use a different template then the link is fine but if you use your template its not? I honestly don’t know what the theme could be doing to modify the links. If its modifying that link then its probably modifying some (but not all) other links – It probably has some sort of logic where its modifying links but unable to tell what that might be.

    Since unfortunately it doens’t seem as if we can help anymore with this thread we’re going to mark it resolved. (WP doesn’t give us any other option for tagging the status of thread so we have no choice to mark it resolved to move it off our list).
