basic and application passwords is not working.

i’ve tried to use plugins mentioned in the documentation of this plugin Documentation both of the basic auth and also the application password , for the application password plugin i did all the steps mentioned in their documentation in this link Application Password Documentation. however all the data are shown without any sort of authentication.
