    We use a post to activate a closed vs open status for our historic site. We do this by setting a custom field.

    Unfortunately, I can’t seem to be able to access custom fields when I’m using the revisions editor vs the regular editor. This means that I can’t schedule the post to go live when I need it too.

    Regular Editor:

    New Revision button is enabled, down below custom fields are visible

    If I edit the custom field and set a date to schedule:
    the schedule button is greyed out and the tool tip says:
    “For custom field changes, edit a scheduled revision”


    Revisions editor:

    If I undo my custom field edit and schedule a revision (just by changing some copy)

    Custom fields are not even a viewable option to edit.

    How do I edit custom fields for scheduling?
