The “manage items” display shows whatever you have selected to display in the spreadsheet. To see the image, for instance, the layout would need to set a spreadsheet column for the Image File. Did you do that?

Correct. Big boo-boo. I forgot to place the column #s in the layout.
There are 90 entries in the layout / webfom.
I have had bad experiences on changing layouts after images were loaded.
So at this point, can you make a suggestion?
Sorry about that mistake.
Adding or removing a field from the layout, or changing any parameters that affect what the user can input, would certainly give you trouble.
But just setting the spreadsheet column should not cause any issues with currently uploaded images. It only affects what the admin sees.
