Basic Theme wanted !!

hi, i have a website just now i built myself http://www.nemc.co.uk i am very attached to this web site and love the way it looks. I would love to convert this into a wordpress site any ideas ?

i have a wordpress site http://www.suomyhelmets.co.uk/ and as you can see im not very good at this.
