Basic web pages (no blogs needed)

Very new to WP. Been playing with a theme just to get familiar with how things work.
The one I picked initially was a blog theme one.
Want to get away from that and just go to a basic web page theme one.Several questions here:
1. How do I get rid of the current theme and pages that I have been just testing with?
2. Where can I find a web page theme that would fit a Community Band?
3. If there is a themed one for #2, how do I get it installed on my server? (AWS)
4. I see how to install a table on a page. Is there a way to install a table from a EXCEL spread sheet?I think that is all for now. But I’m sure I will have more later.

2. There are some possible free WordPress themes that you can use here:

You should be able to easily install a new theme within the WordPress backend, please see this link here: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-install-a-wordpress-theme/
