Basket Widget / Shortcode

Hi

I like the look of the plugin but I havent seen the mention of any kind of Basket View Widget. Something that shows how may items there are in the basket with a checkout / view basket link. Like one would see in the header or sidebar of the average online store.
Does this come with the plugin or is it something that I would have to code myself. Im no stranger to writing my own plugins.
