Batch functions for Posts, Pages and Plugins gone

    In both WP 4.5 and 4.6 it appears that the functions to batch process a list of Pages, Posts or Plugins has disappeared.

    For example, the ability to check off more than one page or post and then Trash them.

    Or the ability to check off one or more plugins and activate or deactivate them.

    All of these batch functions appear to be missing from all my sites.

    I have tested this on 4.6 with no other plugins active.

    Does anyone else see this function missing?

    as far back as 3.4.2 (an old local site I have) there was no ‘Trash’ in the bulk action for plugins. All the actions (Activate, Deactivate, Update and Delete) exist exactly as they do in 4.6

    For Posts in 3.4.2 there was ‘Edit’ and ‘Move to Trash’ both of which are in 4.6
    For Pages in 3.4.2 there was ‘Edit’ and ‘Move to Trash’ both of which are in 4.6
