    I have a website with about 1200 users to whom I would like to send a newletter.

    I started by using the “Email Users” plugin but my hoster limits me to 250 emails per hour, which forced me to classify users by groups and to control sending manually.

    I tried MailChimp but, in addition to the limitation in the number of emails it is free of charge, at the end of the configuration I realized that I would be forced to send an “optin” email, which would inevitably result in a reduction in the recipients, due to the natural inertia of users.

    As the site does not produce income, the solution to be found will have to be free.

    I therefore ask for your help in identifying a plugin (or even an external work arround) that:
    . Allow batch emails to be sent with time interval setting
    . No limit on submissions or a “generous limit”
    . Use the emails of registered users without having to import them as lists
    . Hopefully having a way to control emails returned for action on inactive users
    . Free

    Any ideas?

    Let me know if you are able to achieve your goal using this.

    Thanks @harshitashivhare for the tip, but this plugin does not seem to add anything to the “Email Users” I already use.

    One of a user’s questions describes my main problem:
    (…) I would like to know if the queue can be programmed for mails to be sent at certain times of the day. My host limits mails to 500 per hr. Can i queue certain mails to be sent every other hour? I have about 3000 subscribers

    And the answer was:
    (…) There is nothing like sent email on certain time.You have to manually send email to queue
