batch request gets stuck. Support not available

Hi there,
after update SM to 4.3.5 the batch request was getting stuck. It started as normal, but remains at 0% and nothing happens and I found no way to fix it.
I tried a downgrade and later an update to 4.3.6.
Unfortunately without success.Important: Batch Update request is running in the background. … Status: 0% completed [00:00:00 left].
The process is stuck in the background and I have no idea how to fix the problem.
Unfortunately, support is not available on the website. I urgently need help here. Thanks Stefanie
