Batch sending limit per hour

Hi there. Tried to register for the forum on eventualo.net but don’t get any email confirmation.

Been working with the plugin for quite some time now and love all the features. Our new hosting company is limiting the number of emails send per hour to 600. The plugin options don’t directly allow for this. What is the best way to do this?

My settings:
Maximum number of emails that can be sent in a 24-hr period: 600
Maximum number of emails that can be sent per batch (every 5 minutes): 5
Interval between emails in a single batch, in milliseconds: 5000
Set the Cron Job to run even 5min. (wp-cron.php?)

So I have 5000 people in my database and its going to take some days now to send the newsletter. Any other solution?
