Hi.

We continue to be VERY HEAVY users of Memphis Docs. We absolutely love it and are managing thousands of documents in an elaborate folder hierarchy.

I noticed a bug when doing Batch Upload. No matter what Folder I choose to batch upload to, it always defaults to the very first folder created. This means that in the Batch Upload screen I have to manually select each select menu options for each file I want uploaded.

I’ve tested this and can’t recreate this issue. Just to be clear you are selecting Default Folder: drop down and it doesn’t work?

Choosing the Default Folder when batch Uploading:

After .zip file is uploaded, the folder defaults to the first one in the select menu:

I can recreate this in both Firefox and Chrome.

yes i have found the issue should be resolved in ver 3.5
