I really like the background and the divers, and how you don’t see the one on the left until you scroll… pretty nifty! 🙂
I’m not too fond of that top-right menu though… maybe if you made it a horizontal bar that went just above the content section or something like that… it gets lost the moment someone scrolls down a little. Maybe also consider putting it in the footer as well – just to make it a little more interesting than a big white box with “powered by wordpress” link
