BBCode turning to HTML, HTML stripping

Hello, I have the signatures set to BBCode, and once you hit “save” it turns into HTML. Then, if you save anything on the page again, it “strips” the HTML, resulting in a blank signature field.

And now, out of the blue, the HTML for my signature (I am the admin) is showing up in all of the signature fields when I go to edit other user’s profiles. My signature is even showing up as another users signature right now because I changed their username and saved!

I have just successfully gone back and deleted that code from that user’s signature field, but I don’t know why it’s in every users signature field. If any member saves their profile without deleting the code, my signature will show up as their signature.

I have tested it with default theme and all plugins off except GD bbPress Tools, bbPress and BuddyPress and the problem persists.
