After some more testing the plugin works well with BuddyPress Docs, WP pages and WP Posts.
It doesnt work with BuddyPress messages, within BuddyPress Groups or bbPress.
Amazing initiative though, this is a very useful plugin thank you

Sorry for the late reply and thank you very much for trying the plugin, I greatly appreciate. 🤲 It’s always nice to get feedback from real testing. 👍 I haven’t got the chance to give a try with BuddyPress, to be honnest I even don’t know the differences between BuddyPress and bbpress 😅
I’m still currently busy fixing a few features, if you can wait a few more days, at least one week, and I’ll try to dig inside to check what would be possible 🙏 I’ll reply here again when I got updates

I just tested it and wirks and looks great on bbPress!
Although it doesnt replace the TinyCME editor on BuddyPress docs it markdown works in Docs!
Will continue testing it but it looks amazing so far

I started with the “easiest one” (bbPress), both of the plugins are using different hooks / custom filters for the setup & rendering so I need to dig more. Glad the frontend works better with BuddyPress docs. I think you can “pause” for now 😉, need more time to investigate about the backend stuff tinyMCE and a few other points.
I will probably will be back to you next week with an update. Thank you for your patience 🤲

Latest version 3.10.1 provides an autoplug with BuddyPress and BuddyPress Docs to add markdown support on various templates. Feel free to check on your side when you can, should be more consistent now and usable 💪
