bbpress attachments speed limt

my website is using bbpress and Gd bbpress attachment. And I use my administrator account can have full speed to download the attachment in the bbpress. But if I use subscriber account, I only have 40,50kb/s to download the same attachment in the bbpress. I have not idea how to fix it. please help. thx>-<
