Bbpress forum excerpt

Hey there,

I installed your programm and it was working perfectly untill I realized the plugin works a little too good.
It also auto excerpts the descriptions of my bbpress forums.
I was hoping you could help me figure out how to undo that action?

Hi there,
Thnx for answering! I have fixed the problem in the mean time.
But for your information I’ll let you know what the problem was and how I fixed it in case someone else might use the same combination of plugins.

The problems was that Bbpress originally uses a slug to post a forum index on it. Apparantly the plugin reads the forum descriptions as a post. And shortens the description to a excerpt.

What I did to solve this is make a page and place the shortcode [bbp-forum-index] and place this page in my menu. It has the same effect but the plugin now does not read it as a post anymore and leaves the descriptions as it is.
So problem is solved 🙂

It does excerpt archive page buy you can turn it off in the setting page 🙂
