bbPress Forums not working after 4.0 install

My site uses bbPress 2.5.4 for forums and topics. New topics can select a forum to be placed in. But when selecting a forum to read the error is Page Not Found.

Example, http://raptureintheairnow.com/?forum=devotions should show the forum of Devotions. But from the main page http://raptureintheairnow.com/ all the topics can be viewed.

All other plugins and themes are current.

hi is there bbpress developer who have solution for this when i update my worpress to 4.0 and bbpress to Version 2.5.4 but not showing any replies any showing as in url:
