    I purchased your addon for bbPress and I am getting this error

    Sorry. You must activate the bbPress plugin to use the Ultimate Member – bbPress.

    I have bbPress active and running on the site. The forum is live and open to the public but your plugin is not recognizing that it is active???

    If you have purchased one of our extensions or our bundle and you need help, you will need to submit a support ticket via our website as we are only allowed to provide support on this forum for the free plugin hosted on the ww.wp.xz.cn website.

    I have submitted a ticket for this issue and others and have received no response on any of them. This is the only way I can get anyone to respond…

    Can I get any help with this issue?? I have asked here and submitted a ticket and have not received any help at all??
