BBPRESS Replies Stats Support

    Hi

    Just started to use this great little plugin to show the stats upon my BBPRESS forum, The number of Topics and Forums is correct, but for Replies, I have 7,702 replies but the plugin is only showing the number 7 – I assume the comma is causing the issue, please advise if I am able to correct this ?

    Hey glad to help. Can you let me know the specific shortcode you are using to display the Replies? Also I assume that the Replies are a Custom Post Type, correct? Thanks, this information will help to figure out what’s happening.

    Thanks for quick response, most appreciated.

    So my WordPress site has BBPRESS and in the side menu (widget) I use your following two shortcodes:

    [sbs_users] which works well and [sbs_cpts_count] which shows four fields…

    Forums
    Topics
    Replies
    Videos

    It is the Replies field that is showing the incorrect number of Forum replies as there should be over 7000 ?

    Hi Jeff

    Just tried release 20220516 and alas for myself, the BBPRESS Replies Stats still remains an issue.

    I have tried a different theme and restarted plugin, hopefully next release will see this resolved for BBPRESS and number of replies created ?

    I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on default WordPress. I will take another look but no guarantees. Hopefully you can find something that works for your particular setup.
