bbpress short codes

    Hi,

    I am trying to create a WordPress site with a bbPress forum. I want a page with a link in the main nav which goes straight to the forum. I’m trying to use the shortcodes but it’s not working.

    [ppb-forum-index] is working fine but
    [ppb-single-forum id=$myforum] I can’t get to work

    Could anyone suggest if I’m doing something wrong please.
