bbPress Yoast?

Evening all,
Yoast SEO is filling my meta tags up with junk when visiting bbPress pages, if you view source of this page and observe the meta tags, you can see it is pulling links and all sorts into the excerpt which seems pretty bad?

Also, see the Twitter card. You can see it has added “Viewing 1 post (of 1 total) Author Posts April 12, 2015 at 3:00 pm #307 JakeKeymaster” into the Twitter card, that stuff isn’t relevant and should be ignored.

Just wondering what you guys think in this situation, what can I do to prevent the junk being picked up?
