Bcc Random Emails

Thank you for your plugin and for sharing it,
i have in additional headers
bcc: [my-bcc-recipient]
and in my module this code
[select my-bcc-recipient “Roma|[email protected],[email protected],[email protected]”
“Milano|[email protected],[email protected],[email protected]”]

is it possible send email only to 2 random emails?
for example if user select “Roma”
the email will arrive to
[email protected] [email protected]
and not to all 3 emails.
