    We’re using the Disable New Settings UI plugin to make the black debit card button show up. I believe with 3.1.2, this isn’t necessary anymore, but after disabling the plugin and automatically switching to the migrated interface, there isn’t a “credit and debit card payments” option, so the card button isn’t displaying.

    You are correct in your assumption. Before making any changes in the new UI, please make sure to log out and use the Clear Now function in the legacy UI via the Connection tab. This will remove all transients from the database.

    If that fails, then uninstalling the PayPal Payments plugin is the next step you can try. Right after the recommended approach is to install the 3.1.2 version directly from this zip:

    After installing, complete the onboarding process entirely in the new UI. This should make the credit and debit card option visible. This should purge all the records.
