Also, we explained all the features clearly, what are with the core plugin and what’re with the add-ons, if you need everything, you need to buy all add-ons pack, there are 100s of add-ons. And, we are selling all add-ons pack at a discounted price.
But, you actually didn’t mention the reason for 1* review, where are you exactly facing a problem.
Also, you wrote, “Read more negative reviews, they are closer to reality than those positive ones!”. Here the point is every user who gets angry ( even after our best try, it sometimes happen and true for any business ), comes to write a bad review ( like you, just opened this account today in wp.org to write this review ), but even 1% of the users who are using it satisfactorily, don’t come to write a good review ( it is not a complaint from us, we are happy for their happiness and grateful for choosing us, here just stating the fact ).

nice words, but reality is NO REFUND policy!
And that does not do any serious company (fellow).
All that stands behind their products (they know their products and services are really good) have no problem to offer not only 14 days (NO REASON) pay back, but much more…
So hardly you can defend your practices…

No this is not Spam, I am your customer who did not read your NO REFUND policy, before he bought your product.
Your 14 days pay back depends on “Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of W3 Eden”, so I can declare NO REFUND.
Unfortunatelly, I even did not read reviews before I bought it…
