Be prepared for massive frustration

I’m not going to say this product didn’t work at all, it mostly worked. So if it doesn’t work right for you on the first try be prepared for massive frustration dealing with their really poor customer support. If you do have to communicate with their customer support expect only one email per day. On the current migration with them it’s been almost 3 weeks and it’s still not done. Probably would have been cheaper for me to hire some high school kids to just copy and paste all of these articles.

Unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve used this product and I’ve had issues every time. With that being said it really is the only migration tool that I found to migrate lesser used cms’s.
