I am having an issue where I build a page out in BB that’s all two column rows. It looks perfect in Builder Beaver and when I publish it stays correct. However, when I refresh the page the columns are gone and the pictures and text are full-width and stacked. When I edit the page in beaver builder, it goes back to the correct layout only to disappear again when I publish and refresh.

Image example — Left is what I keep saving, right is what I get on refresh: https://imgur.com/POuNL0r

I am using a WP Multisite. And I have other pages that use columns that are working fine.

I drilled into the code a bit and as far as I can tell what is happening on this page (and only this page so far) is that when BB creates a div class like class=”fl-col fl-node-node#here” and then assigns a CSS width to it — on this one page that width isn’t being assigned.

The site is currently hiding behind a coming soon. I’m happy to share a login.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @girlfriday24,

The builder may not have proper access to the site’s uploads directory so its CSS/JS assets aren’t loading.

Can you send us a note via the form below(General Inquiry) and we’ll take it from there? 🙂

You can include a link to this thread so we can keep it updated.

    Hi @hinampaksh

I’ve submitted a query there. Hope you can help! I’ve tested it a bit since I posted this and I have found that everything “takes” the first time I publish a page (backgrounds, colors, columns, padding etc). But, if I go to update and change anything about those things after I first publish, it won’t “take” and it disappears on refresh.

Resolved via email. Issue was caused by Cloudflare’s caching. 🙂
