I’ve had this issue on a couple of recent website projects using Ocean WP and Beaver Builder. Generally they work very well together but I’m having an issue with the top most row within the page.
After creating the top most row and setting the row width & background, etc. I can’t go back and edit the row again. Its as if the handle is hidden by the header.

Here are a couple of screenshots: http://imgur.com/a/1XgG3
The top image is the second row on the page and the row edit box is clearly visible
The second image is the top most row and the edit box is not visible even though I’ve hovered over the row to select it

I’m using Version: 1.2.9 with the default child theme

I’d like to be able to go back in and edit the top row without having to insert a “dummy” row above it.

I accept this might be an issue with Beaver Builder but I’ve not had this issue with other themes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
