This works perfectly fine with Beaver Themer, If you want to the header from this plugin you can just keep switch off header location from Beaevr Themer and there should be no conflict.
Also, If you do face any problems, you can open an issue here and I will sure take a look at it 🙂

Themer header location is off but the header/footer plugin’s header doesn’t show. I used the header/footer plugin successfully before I installed Themer.
Can you check if your header display is turned on or off in theme options? It should be set to on.
or if you are using no-header-no-footer template?

Do you have an idea when you may be implementing a UI that controls different header opacities for load and scroll? Also had an idea it would be great if your plugin could allow you to use the standard BB search magnifying glass–and also if it allowed it to be used on mobile (BB doesn’t allow this feature). I’d pay for a plugin that could do this.
