before, after status

    Hello,

    I use the “directory” theme by ait- theme which is a buisness finder theme.
    When they add an item, I have to validate this item first before it show up on the website.
    I want my user receive an email when they add an item on my website but I don’t manage to find which status I must use.

    Can you tell me which status i have to use please.

    Thanks for your request. It’s hard to say without knowing the directory plugin you use. I would guess that a new listing has status “pending” when it was submitted by a user. So your rule should have the status setting New (before) -> Pending (after)

    With the premium version you have the very useful logger feature which you can use to monitor exactly what happens when a new directory listing gets submitted.
