    On your demo page, I see many features that are not active on my free version of the plugin, especially when using a mobile device.

    When I use a basic theme that comes with wordpress I still can not see the thumbs up, thumbs down icons and also the push your idea is missing on mobile devices.

    Is this because I need to buy your pro version for everything to work or will it be the same with your pro version. There is also a submit new idea button on your mobile version that opens and closes the push your idea form.

    I would like to have exactly what you have with your demo version. I see you used BeTheme but not sure which sub theme demo under the BeTheme system.

    Please advise on what I can do to get my demo perfect like yours is. I will purchase the pro version if needed.

    Hi @lincolnstudios,

    What you are describing is unusual. The free version has all the same features as the pro version except for the specific features mentioned on the sales page: https://northernbeacheswebsites.com.au/ideapush-pro/ things like voting, submitting votes and the display on mobile etc. are identical…they in fact use a common code base.

    What I recommend is doing the following:

    1. Use a standard theme like one of the twenty…themes, like twenty sixteen etc.
    2. Install the free version of the plugin (make sure it is the latest version)
    3. Create a board and set the settings as you desire
    4. Add the shortcode onto a page of your website
    5. Test things out
    6. Be nice and buy the pro version anyway because it has some cool features 😉

    Try that out and see how you go. If things then don’t work then:

    1. Provide the diagnostic information asked for in the plugin settings
    2. Provide a link to the board
    3. Send a screenshot of your board settings.

    So sorry for all the trouble but I thought it was strange as well.

    I actually was using the twenty twenty theme and even tried a few others as well.

    that is where I have it installed and if you check on an iphone (at least that is what I have), you can see that the thumbs up icons are gone and no way to access the submit menu.

    Not sure what else it could be since it is a fresh install of wordpress.

    Sorry, I did figure it out by doing a full re-install of WordPress and your plugin. Now everting works perfectly and I bought the pro version. Thank you 😊
