    a countdown that admins & editors can schedule to auto appear.

    auto appear… you’ll need to be a bit more specific, but yes, the scheduled countdown will appear as scheduled.

    Schedule needs to be frontend & recurring.

    Recurring for sure. Not sure what you mean by schedule needs to be frontend, here too, you’ll need to be more specific.
