Yesterday, I set up ads to insert before the h2 headers on my page. It was working when I walked away. (After clearing cache and etc.) Today, the “Before HTML Element” option isn’t working at all no matter what I place inside of it. If I switch it to, for instance, an “After paragraph” setting, it works immediately. Any idea what could be causing this?

Hello,

blocks 6, 7 and 8 are inserted as configured. Use debugging function Label blocks to label them:

Of course, you are inserting only Ezoic placeholders client-side so there is nothing displayed. Ezoic needs to see the placeholders server-side (it inserts ad codes server-side) so you need to switch to server-side insertion:

And then use server-side function Filter instead of pseudo classes to select wanted insertions:
