Beginner question

    Sorry if this is too basic for words but I am not a WordPress user.

    Once I have activated the Page-List plugin do I paste
    [pagelist], [subpages] shortcut into every page I want to appear in the sitemap? So everytime a make a new page I have to paste this into it?

    Or do I simply paste it into my sitemap page itself?
