Behavior with anchor links

@tyco72 this happens because the anchor points are not well set at the base css for dealing with sticky elements.

To quickly solve this you can do the following.

1) Create a class called, for example, anchor and add to every anchor point element. On your example case where you have the #jump id.

2) Create add this style to your css file:

.anchor {
    scroll-margin-top: 60px;
}

This should do the job.

@tyco72, so if you want to put add class to an element you just need to add class=”” and between quotes (“”) you put the classname. For example, for the anchor element it should be something like this.

<p id="jump" class="anchor">

Inside class you can have as much class as you want.

At your theme configurations, you should have a place to add custom css style. There you add the one I gave to you

.anchor {
    scroll-margin-top: 60px;
}

on css files, when styles start with a dot (.), like the one I told you (.anchor), it means that you are setting style to a class with that name. If it start with an hashtag (#) it means that you are setting to an id. If it doesn’t have dot or hashtag normally you are setting style to all of those html element types.

This is the basic stuff of html. If You don’t have knowledge on this you should ask for help from anyone that have at least some basic knowledge to help you out with the website.
