Behaviour when selecting several services

We have noticed a strange behaviour if you want to select several services together (both on smartphone and on desktop).

Here, the tick marks go ‘off’ again if you click on several in quick succession. So either the selection is not accepted at all, or it is greyed out. If you then click on a greyed-out tick again, it becomes active again.

If you want to select several services, you have to wait 1 – 2 seconds until you tick the next one – only then will it stay in.

What causes this behaviour (that you have to wait until the next service can be selected and you can’t select them in quick succession)? Is there a way to change this behaviour?
