Bento header

I’m using the Bento theme, not had many problems except with the header.

The header seems much too big. I either want it smaller and white with the logo left aligned and menu right aligned.

Or I’d like the menu transparent over the header video.

I’ve set the logo padding to 0 and tried selecting ‘transparent header’ in the extended header settings. Neither seem to be changing the header at all. I don’t have a big logo sticking out, so it’s not this.
