The welcome header with the space background is meant to provide useful links to get you started with Bento – you can remove it by clicking on the “Dismiss this heading” button while being logged in as the website admin. In order to create a full-width header like on the theme’s demo homepage, please use the built-in Extended Header feature – more on that in this section of the manual. We’ll add some extra info to the welcome header to avoid confusion in the future, sorry for any inconveniences!
In case you’re after placing the menu on top of the header image, please check out the “Transparent website header” option in the “Page Header Settings” box while in the editor mode for a particular page. Let me know if you had something else in mind with this one!

Hey Rob,
You can activate the sticky header by using the “Fix header on top of page on scroll” option in the “Site Elements” tab of the “Appearance – Customize” admin section.

Hello,
I have a problem with my page with the Bento theme with the header – I have selected the “Fix header on top of page on scroll”, and it works on the PC, but it’s not working in the mobile or tablet versions… Help?
