Berylliumous Theme Slider Help

I have just downloaded the beautiful and attractive Berylliumous theme, to use for our church website, installed it locally and did a few customized edits. It’s working fine but I have a heck of a headache on how to add images to the cool slider on the index page. Don’t know which file(s) to mess with to make this happen. Oh, by the way I am new to word press and jscript.
On a disappointing note, the theme’s Readme file doesn’t mention anything about how to make the slide work as demonstrated on this link http://www.paddsolutions.com/wpmag/berylliumous/;and there is no slide tab under the theme’s options on the dashboard. Have looked around for tutes on that to no avail. Help please and thank you.
