    This truly is the best contact form plugin out there! It is funny though that the plugin recommends another plugin though… but, If you want free and flexible, then Custom Contact Forms is for you!
    That being said, it is not for the novice to just install and go, however by using the Insert Default Data option in the Quick Start Guide or Plugin Usage Manual you can get a quick form going really fast. I have had excellent usage of this plugin through many previous versions of WP, including3.8
    I would however advise to proceed with caution when attempting to use this as a Network Activated Plugin. You will most-likely need to perform some manual intervention to get it working correctly.
