Need an email subscription plugin

I’ve been using the plugin ‘Email Subscribers & Newsletters’ to grow an email database. However it’s not brilliant for actually promoting the sign up, and I’d like to boost the number of people signing up for emails.

I’ve looked at the other plugins available but it’s hard to decide which is the best one.

Can anyone recommend the best email subscription plugin available on wordpress right now? Maybe one that you’re using that works.
