Best helpdesk for WP!

    I have installed WATS few weeks ago and I really enjoyed the number of features available inside it. The key ones I was looking for were the capability to submit tickets through the frontend and the mail notifications. Those are working well with WATS.

    So for all those reasons, I rate WATS 5 Stars!
