Best hosting for WordPress?

    I know my question may be repeated a lot of times but I searched and couldn’t find a helpful answer for my needs. I will just list some of my needs so you can help me better

    I have a WordPress website and hosted with GoDaddy WordPress managed hosting and I am pretty happy there but I wanna have another website and their plan can host 1 website only unless I have to upgrade and it will be so expensive so I am looking for normal hosting

    I tried BlueHost too and they had a lot of downtown like a year ago so any suggestions? also does managed hosting really worth paying all that much for and my website still have few hundreds of visits per month?
