Best plugin for event booking?

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Would appreciate some advice from you guys who have more experience than I do around finding and implementing appropriate plugins 🙂

I’m working on an existing site that is being recreated in WP. There is a custom booking system for events which requires a number of different features and despite a lot of research, I can’t find anything that will cover all the requirements without modification. It doesn’t seem to have any unusual features but maybe it’s the combination?

This is what is required:

– form with all personal data fields plus a number of custom fields for additional info
– total price paid updated based on options submitted, eg. for number of people and accomodation type
– email sent to admin containing all the data submitted by customer
– confirmation email sent to customer
– form data stored for access/easily downloadable as csv or similar
– Paypal integration
– Mailchimp integration
– option to select ‘pay offline’ and customer phones/mails in payment
– customers only pay a fixed rate deposit, regardless of total price, with balance paid in person at the event

Can anyone suggest something suitable?
