Best plugin for site migration?

    I have tried like 3 or 4 of these. And the site always ends up like only partially transferred and is majorly broken by the time I get into it.

    For instance, I just tried “All in one WordPress Migration” and it “imported” my site, but after words it was running at a snails pace, and when it finally did load something the theme either wasn’t loaded or no css or something and looked awful.

    I also could not even get into the login after the restore and had to do a fresh WP install.

    Any help on this?

    Or recomended plugins/methods for migrating a site?
