Best plugin settings please help

Just want to say great plugin to go with my great siteground hosting. I am trying to set up the plugin to the best settings for my website – I have optimized all my images to webp. I have deleted the right click protect plugin from my website. I have enabled combine javascript and the requests have come done from 139 to 30 and the speed has improved – I have tried all the other options in front end optimization 1 by 1 – but didn’t see any improvement with the other options.
In your opinion should I have any of the other options turned on in the front end optimization ?
